Solo sports
Both changing mind and changing life style are the important course .When I retired from a career that was full of interesting active people.Suddenly every day was the same with quiet and lonely house.
Except taking a walk, I need a sport that can do by myself and doesn't require
an organized team.
Tai Chi Ch'uan, a section of Wudan Kung Fu of Chinese Martial Arts, is a traditional Chinese sport. I  learned some primary routines that included of breathing in and out, stretching, turning, kicking ,boxing, wresting and seizing slowly. It's defense training
and it's health benefits.
Both of them put emphasis on the external practice ,an athletics for muscle, bone and skin keeping in good health.
Solo Sports such as Tai Chi Ch'uan ,a team of one , don't  require equipment,  don't worry about sunny day or rainy day, at any time, any place. I can do it by myself.
一個人的運動
改變心態和改變生活方式兩者都是重要的課題,當我從一個有趣且充滿活力的職場退休下來,突然每天日子都一樣,面對的是安靜孤獨的房子。除了散步,我需要一種可獨自做,不需團隊組織的運動。
太極拳是一種武當功夫,屬中國武術。是一種傳統中國人的運動,我學了一些基本招式,包括慢慢的呼吸吐納,伸展,轉身,踢,擊,扭,抓。,
它是防禦的訓練,有益身體健康。這些基本動作著重外在身體的練習,是一種使肌肉,骨骼,皮膚保持在健康狀況的體育活動。
一個人的運動像太極拳,自𢦓一隊,不需裝備,也不必擔心晴雨,任何時候,任何地方,自己一個人就可運動。
